LAUREN & LINDA MOTHER & DAUGHTER PORTRAIT

"I was "blown away" by what I saw "IN" the pictures...two women that exuded STRENGTH, FIERCENESS, LOVE and believe it or not - HAPPINEsS!!"

Warner-Lauren 0021_4MPIX.jpg

The last two & half  years have been VERY challenging for myself- losing my son and my husband and best friend of 31 years, and my daughter - losing her brother and best friend of 18 years and her very own "superman" - her dad.  That being said....WE NEEDED SOME "HAPPY"!!!!!  That is exactly what Brian delivered in his pictures!  I can honestly say I really didn't know what to expect...but I was "blown away" by what I saw "IN" the pictures!  I saw two women that exuded STRENGTH, FIERCENESS, LOVE and believe it or not - HAPPINESS!!  I really believe that those pictures showed my daughter and myself, that we really are starting a "new chapter" and that we are strong enough to push through the sadness and heartache and come out on the other side exactly how and where we are supposed to be!!! .....{our boys would so want that!}

I read somewhere after my son died that "Life isn't the way it's supposed to be, it's the way it is and how we deal with that, shows true strength".  I believe in that, heart and soul and I think the pictures that Brian took, when I wasn't looking, really capture that..       Linda Warner

NANCY & BILL'S CHRISTMAS CARD

"...after 50 years of marriage so we were pleasantly surprised that Brian was able to capture our good sides!"

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last year and had decided to include our wedding day and current pictures on our Christmas cards. Brian had no problem helping us make this happen and we all had great fun. Of course, we are no spring chickens after 50 years of marriage so we were pleasantly surprised that Brian was able to capture our good sides!!

We received many compliments from friends and family. We would certainly recommend having Brian make your photo projects come true.

THE BULLARD-MARSHALL FAMILY PORTRAITS

"My husband said the photo session was so much fun, he didn’t even care how the pictures looked!"

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Brian and Dan professionally and personally. They have done an outstanding job putting together photo sessions to meet my needs, whether it be for a large group of adults or a family session with a baby. Brian and Dan are flexible, creative and patient. They find a way to make everyone feel relaxed and beautiful. In fact, my husband said the photo session was so much fun, he didn’t even care how the pictures looked. Our corporate head shots turned out fantastic; the company recruiting photo was just what we wanted; and the family sessions with different ages, skin tones, and personalities look like we belong in a catalog. We may have started the relationship on professional terms, but when someone captures your heart, everything becomes personal.

BECKY'S MARYILIN MONROE SHOOT

"I've lost 160 pounds in the past 3 years...I've never been very comfortable in my own skin but...when I look at these pictures they don't show a victim of life. I see myself as a successful mother & wife and an enduring woman."     Becky

I was so nervous for this photo shoot. I've never been very comfortable in my own skin but I thought if I was ever going to do something like this, now was the time because it was with Brian.   When I got there I was unsure of everything. Dan quickly settled my nerves and made me feel at home. It took a few shots and then I started remembering every episode of America's Top Model that I've ever seen. (I've lost 160 pounds in the past 3 years and before that I was a jeans and a t-shirt girl, never one to pamper myself).  It took approximately 20 minutes for my inner diva to come out and it was fantastic to meet her!

I walked in terrified I was going to look: ugly, fat, stupid, and even full of myself. Instead, I walked out of there with confidence and power.  I went in with a chip on my shoulder and something to prove. Somehow, I have no idea when I left without it. I've made it. I have nothing else to prove to anyone including myself. I am a success.

When I look at these pictures they don't show a victim of life. I see myself as a successful mother & wife, a new struggling but enjoying the journey hairstylist, and an enduring woman. I wear those heels with intrepidity and heart!  Thank You Brian & Dan. You'll never know how much this experience has empowered for me.

THE McBRIDE FAMILY PORTRAIT

"I could never be more pleased and satisfied with the lasting memories that were made.  THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! "

After undergoing health issues this year, it was really important to me to get a new family photo taken.  I am not a photogenic person and every time I plan to get our family pictures taken, I cringe internally.  Will the kids cooperate?  Will the outfits match?  Will we get at least one good family shot?

Upon meeting Brian and Dan, I knew that our experience would be different this time.  Brian and Dan immediately connected with our children and really captured their unique personalities.  They allowed them to act silly showcasing their unique styles. I loved so many of the prints of the children and it was so hard to choose a favorite. The images of my husband and I were truly wonderful! They captured the heart of our family. I feel so grateful that they took the time to make our family comfortable and look wonderful!  I could never be more pleased and satisfied with the lasting memories that were made.  THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

THE REED FAMILY PORTRAIT

"Somehow Brian had managed to make us all look good and as though we were enjoying ourselves."

Last summer we had a very short window of 48 hours when all our children and grandchildren would be home.  It occurred to us that it would be a great opportunity for a family photo.  We immediately thought of Brian who had done such a wonderful job with our son’s wedding a couple years earlier.  We appreciated so much that Brian was able to work us in to his busy schedule for a family photo shoot.  In total there were 13 of us including:  a two month old who only wanted to eat and sleep, a 20 month old who was not too happy about the whole idea, two older boys, ages 10 and 12, who only wanted to poke fun at each other, and a 4 and a half year old “princess” who thought she should be in everyone’s photo and constantly tried to “photo bomb” every picture.  And, all this on one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer!  Brian handled the situation with patience and humor and somehow got us through it.  Consideringof all this, imagine how surprised we were when we saw the photos and they were beautiful!  Somehow Brian had managed to make us all look good and as though we were enjoying ourselves.  The individual family groupings were all gorgeous and the large group photo is a treasure.  Great job, Brian!  Thanks so much!
